This is a Good Copy - - in good condition--no marks but there is a minor crack in the hinge inside the document--no looseness just needs tender care. This is the Report of a Committee establsihed in August 1968 to urgently examine all aspects of the British foreign service including the Home administrative structure. The intent was to provide better overseas service at a lower cost and to reduce duplication from among so many and varied forms of overseas representation.

"The Royal Commission on Criminal Justice" was set up in March 1991 with the primary task of recommending changes to the criminal justice system to prevent further miscarriages of justice.
