At birth the planets by their position denote the condition of the atmosphere from which the one born receives his first breath of life, and that breath is the starting point of the life, from which all subseqent movements of the planets are calculated and their varying conditions noted. As the movements of the planets are quite regular, all movements from that starting point may be approximately judged, or may be mathematically calculated, year by year, month by month, day by day, or hour by hour, as the requirements of the case may call for. It is the after movements of the planets, from the starting point that determines what life modifications will be. Q.--But cannot one versed in astrology look at the birth figure and tell exactly what the life will be? A--No...
