The study probed into the improvement of the living conditions of the dwellers through the provision of infrastructure, Four sets of questionnaire were administered which covered the developmental projects of the Ekiti-South West Local Government Council, the activities of the Community Development Unit of the LG Councils; the Community/Quarter-Heads and the Presidents/Chairmen of the Community-Based Development Associations (CBDAs) involved in the provision and maintenance of infrastructure.
