This study sought to find out the factors that predict the level of professionalism of the administrators, faculty and students. For the realization of this study 446 respondents from the nine State Universities and Colleges (SUC's) in Region VIII have been randomly selected to serve as respondents of the study.The descriptive method of statistics was used in this study. A set of questionnaire was used to gather the needed data.
