Chapters 5 and 6 cover all analyses including the descriptive and statistical analyses. In chapter 7, the data from personal interviews are analysed. Finally, chapter 8 is the discussion and concluding chapter. In this chapter, contributions to knowledge are presented while suggesting areas for future research. 320 pp. Englisch.
